Europrimer 5000 - Automotive Primer Kit (Paint and Activator)

EUROPRIMER 5000 PRIMER SURFACER is a two component primer with an optional 10% reduction for a primer surfacer and with a 30% reduction for an ultra smooth, non-sanding sealer.  It is an extremely smooth primer that can also be used as a sealer when mixed 4:1:2. The finely ground components make this a very versatile and unique product as both a primer and a sealer. EUROPRIMER
is extremely fast-drying and easy to sand. 

This is a 2-3 component KIT that includes:

Surface Preparation
Surface should be properly prepared before basecoat application. Mask the vehicle properly to prevent overspray and allow adequate dry time for basecoat before clearcoat application. Make sure all surfaces are clean of any dust, oil, and wax.

Gun Setting / Pressure
Gravity Feed 1.7 mm - 1.9 mm (0.051" - 0.063")
Siphon Feed 1.6 mm - 1.8 mm (0.055" - 0.070")
HVLP at cap 1.6 mm - 1.9 mm (0.059" - 0.067")


Conventional 30 - 40 psi at gun
HVLP 8 - 10 psi at the gun cap


Application
Spray 1.5 - 2 coats with 10-15 minutes between coats


Dry Times
Air Dry for use as Primer Surfacer
Flash between Coats: 10-15 minutes
Dust Free: 5-8 minutes
Wet Sand: 45-60 minutes
Dry Sand: 45-60 minutes


Air Dry for use as Non-Sanding Sealer
Flash between Coats: 10-15 minutes
Dust Free: 5-8 minutes
Wet Sand: 45 minutes
Dry Sand: when cool
