Flexx-Kote 300 - Premium Automotive Bumper Primer
FLEXX-KOTE 300 is a premium waterborne acrylic urethane primer surfacer designed to fill and build without cracking. It offers a rich depth of color, exemplifying a true black, with a smooth “factory finish” appearance. It also offers a unique chemical and MEK resistance equal to many high performance solvent-based materials.

Surface Preparation |

Surface should be properly prepared before basecoat application. Mask the vehicle properly to prevent overspray and allow adequate dry time for basecoat before clearcoat application. Make sure all surfaces are clean of any dust, oil, and wax.

Mix well, and apply above 50°F for best results, using Airless Spray, Conventional Spray, HVLP, or Pressure Pot. If reduction necessary, use 10% water. Suitable substratrates include SMC, BMC, GFK, PC, PVC, PP/EPDM, PP/EPM, ABS, PPO, PUR, P.D.T., and PA.
Cleanup using water.
