FLEXX-KOTE 100 is a water-based, flexible bonding primer developed for use in high-volume, competitive markets. FLEXX-KOTE 100 is known for its excellent sanding properties.
FLEXX-KOTE 200 provides the flexibility and performance of the 100, but in a Satin finish.

Surface Preparation |

Surface should be properly prepared before basecoat application. Mask the vehicle properly to prevent overspray and allow adequate dry time for basecoat before clearcoat application. Make sure all surfaces are clean of any dust, oil, and wax.

Mix well, and apply above 50°F for best results, using Airless Spray, Conventional Spray, HVLP, or Pressure Pot. If reduction necessary, use 10% water. Suitable substratrates include SMC, BMC, GFK, PC, PVC, PP/EPDM, PP/EPM, ABS, PPO, PUR, P.D.T., and PA.
Cleanup using water.
