System I

Use U-3690 Sealer-All to provide a catalyzed finish with 95 degree gloss and grain texture.

System II

Use U-3690 Sealer-All, followed by U-3800 Uro-Clearathane for a high solid glossy finish that's flexible and easy to buff.

System III

Use U-3690 Sealer-All, followed by P-2010-R PolyBuilder to achieve an extremely high solid glossy finish and scratch resistance.

System IV

Use U-3690 Sealer-All, followed by P-2010-R PolyBuilder, and then U-3800 Uro-Clearethane to achieve an unparalleled mirror-like finish with high build and easy buffing.



U-3690 Sealer-All

U-3690 is a two component sealer solution designed to seal all wooden substrates to prepare the objects to be coated with P-2010 High build polyester clear. U-3690 has a broad spectrum of usage, as it can seal both oily and non-oily woods. U-3690 inhibits the migration of oily substances to the surface, allowing polyester to cure normally. Woods such as Rosewood, Walnut, Maple, and Teak can be sealed effectively with U-3690.

U-3800 Uro-Clearethane

U-3800 is a 100% acrylic resin formulated clear which generates the ultimate physical properties with a lasting film integrity. U-3800 is fortified with UV absorbers to reduce the adverse effects of Ultra Violet rays. When completely cured, U-3800 renders a radiant gloss, excellent adhesion, and superior hardness and flexiblity.

High Build Polyester Clear

P-2010-R PolyBuilder is a modified unsaturated polyester designed and formulated with a new state of the art technology. P-2010 renders wood surface coatings with unmatched quality, durability, and exceptional cosmetic appearance.
  • 95 % solids
  • Conventional Air/Airless application
  • Excellent Resistance to Solvents, Mar, Cigarette Stains, and Scratch64 N92 minimum Gloss @ 60 degrees
  • Color of the solution has a slight Amber / Green hue.
  • Extremely High Build and pore filling formula allowing up to 100 mils thickness without sagging

Fire Retardant High Build Polyester Clear

P-2010 FR is a modified fire retardant version of P-2010-R, suitable for use in aircraft and other high-risk environments.
